What this covers
This page is about the OneSoftware account - the login you use across the family. What each app does with the work you make inside it is covered by that app's own privacy policy: LandifyOne, VidifyOne, PlayifyOne.
What the account stores
Your name, email address and a securely hashed password. If you switch on two-factor authentication we store the secret needed to verify your codes and your one-time recovery codes, hashed. We also keep a record of sign-in events so you can spot access you did not expect.
Signing in to an app
When you open a OneSoftware app, it asks the account to confirm who you are and receives your user id, name and email - nothing else. The app then keeps its own record of what you do inside it. The account never receives your sites, videos or projects.
We send the emails the service needs: sign-in confirmations, password resets and important notices. If we ever send anything promotional, every message carries a one-click unsubscribe and your choice is remembered.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in across the family. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Where it lives
The account runs on Cloudflare's platform (Workers and KV), served from their global network.
Your rights
You can see and change your details in your account at any time, and sign out of every device from one button. Ask us and we will delete your account - note that deleting the account removes your login, so tell us first if you also want the data inside a particular app removed. Under the GDPR you may also object to processing or complain to your local data protection authority.
