What this covers

These terms cover your OneSoftware account - the single sign-in you use across the family. Each app you switch on has its own terms covering what you make in it: LandifyOne, VidifyOne and PlayifyOne.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe, and the contact details you give us must be accurate. One account is for one person - do not share your sign-in.

Switching apps on

Activating an app links it to your account. The app then holds what you create in it; closing your OneSoftware account removes your sign-in but is not by itself a request to delete the work held in each app.

Billing

There is no OneSoftware subscription. Each app bills separately on its own terms, and anything you owe is owed for that app - see its pricing page.

The service

We work to keep the account service available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change how it works over time, and we will tell you about changes that materially affect you.

Ending it

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to break the law or to abuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
